IMMERSION DAY (VIRTUAL)

The Immersion Day is a 6-8h process in which we will dedicate 6-8h to create a  powerful breakthrough in a certain aspect of your life (financial & career, romantic relationships, spirituality, health & fitness, family): 

Steps to book your session:

  • Make the payment if we are both on the same page and a good fit 

Before the session: 

  • Get lots of rest and drink lots of water. During the session, you will release a lot, so it's important to come in hydrated. 
  •  Have a journal ready for any insights that will come through. 

After the session: 

  • Drink lots of water to release toxins and everything your body releases.
  • Take an Epsom salt bath every night, if possible, for a few days. 
  • Give yourself the space and time to rest and reflect on what comes up. 
  • Use your journal to collect the downloads you receive. 
  • Pay attention to your dreams.
